The NATO ADL Handbook

This handbook provides practical guidance for educators, instructional designers, developers, managers, and decision-makers involved in the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of technology-enhanced learning. Although developed within a NATO context, the handbook is intended for use by all NATO nations and partner organizations. The principles and recommendations can be adapted to national policies, organizational needs, and different educational settings to support the continued development of high-quality, flexible, and learner-centred education and training.
